Our Supported Employment Program pre-screens and trains people for competitive employment throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.  Since the persons served are highly motivated, they may be better at filling your employment needs than candidates from traditional sources.

The employer's liability for individuals involved in Supported Employment is the same across the board.  The hiring process is virtually the same.  We can also serve as the Employer of Record if you are looking to hire 3 individuals or more!  We then would cover all Worker's Compensation, insurance and tax expenses.
